Jan 29, 2020Look for some incredible cameos towards the end of the issue, and one hell of a cliffhanger leading into the final issue. If Humphries and Quinones stick the landing, and I have no reason to believe they won't, this should go down as an all-time classic. Read Full Review

Jan 31, 2020Hopefully all of this can be cleared up in the last issue of this series. There are a lot of good elements but they got a little lost buried under so much nonsense. Let us hope that it all comes together in the last issue. Read Full Review

DC Comics News - Carl Bryan
Feb 04, 2020What started out with Miguel's quest to be a hero has ended up being an odd maze of characters and a thinly veiled plot line to coincide with the recent issue of Justice League in what may be a major "reset' in time lines. To borrow a phrase from an old phone book commercial, "Let your fingers do the walking!" Unless you have some nostalgia for The Reign of the Supermen, walk on by this one. It's a 12 issue series and next issue will wrap this up. I hope Miguel and Summer find a home in Young Justice as this ride has been tough. Read Full Review

This put the story back on track and I had so much fun just letting go and enjoying the ride of Super Miguel and LoLo kick you in this story with some old school feels. Joe Quinones did nothing wrong. He was perfect!! That King Kirby art with the krackle and the old school yellowed paper and colors were sublime!! I loved many of the cameos especially the golden age Captain Marvel/Shazzam being the perfect rival to Super Miguel and again Quinones knocks it out.

It was mostly fun, I think I am okay with this series ending soon though.

This is easily one of the most bland titles currently published by DC. It's just so hard to care about this comic.
