Condon incorporates Roy Harper's past masterfully in creating a new conflict not only for him but the whole Green Arrow family. This series continues to be dark, moody, and brooding, overfilling with raw emotion; masterfully capturing who and what Green Arrow is. I think this arc also brings to light a persons internal struggles and the weight of responsibilities. If this series is in your to be read pile, move it to the very top, and enjoy the ride.
