You Don't Read Comics - Russ Bickerstaff May 25, 2025

King and March have a beautiful way of framing some very interesting moments. Diana has a chance to drink ambrosia with Aphrodite. Theres another point at which she has a rather clever use of her tiara in an encounter with Dionysus. The thoughts running through Bruce Waynes head while still suffering from one of Zeus lightning bolts is particularly clever work that finds some novel charm in a character who has pretty much been analyzed to death from every angle. And then theres that second scene with Hephaestus. Shes teaming-up with Batman in a really interesting way. Its all such charming and clever work on so many different levels. Read Full Review

This was a solid close to the story arc. I really enjoyed seeing Wonder Woman take on a detective role as she navigates the unenviable task of questioning a host of Greek gods arguably the last people you'd want to hold accountable for their actions. The panels where she interacts with Hephaestus and Aphrodite are some of the most enjoyable moments. It was also touching to see Batman consoling Wonder Woman toward the end, especially given the recent loss of her true love, Steve Trevor. I'm looking forward to seeing what comes next in this run. AIPT - David Brooke May 21, 2025

Wonder Woman #21 delivers a satisfying and visually striking conclusion to its Mount Olympus mystery, blending courtroom intrigue, mythological conflict, and powerful character work. Tom King's layered storytelling, paired with Guillem March's expressive, grid-driven art style, brings emotional depth and visual clarity to a dialogue-heavy issue that never loses momentum. With thoughtful commentary on gender dynamics among the gods and moments of genuine action, this issue underscores why Diana remains one of DC's most resilient and noble heroes. Read Full Review
