Comix I Read - Boris Roberto Aguilar Nov 5, 2014

Nailbiter is one of the most innovative comics out right now. From well written characters to beautiful art and original layouts, this book is the total package. Joshua Williams and Mike Henderson have created a true horror darling. The town of Buckaroo is such a fascinating little town that it draws me right in month after month. This issue needs to be read by everyone. If you haven't caught up then you must do so right away.  Read Full Review

We The Nerdy - Joel Raivid Nov 5, 2014

If we are talking about things that worked really well for this issue than the epilogue is a must mention. Obviously, I am not going to spoil anything but anyone that thought Bendis being in this issue was a gimmick, you were so wrong! What stemmed from Bendis exploring the butchers graveyard, finished up being what is probably going to be the catalyst for the next part of the story especially with the reveal that what Bendis thought he saw was actually real and not only that but this wasnt the first time that this happened, and that is all I am going to say without ruining anything! Although this issue is primarily about Bendis and his interactions with the citizens of buckaroo this is not a one off like last month. The overarching Nailbiter plot continues to push forwar Read Full Review

Geeked Out Nation - Jess Camacho Nov 5, 2014

This may not have been the most horrifying issue of "Nailbiter" or even the most action packed but there's a ton to like here. "Nailbiter" is one of the best series of the year and should have a permanent spot on your pull list. Read Full Review

    IGN - Tres Dean Nov 6, 2014

Nothing you'd think would happen in this book does, and it's all the better for it. Its self-contained nature also makes it an easy jumping-on point for new readers (which is absolutely advised, as the series as a whole has been great). Look past the gimmick and give this one a shot " it's worth it. Read Full Review

Front Towards Gamer - Lido Nov 6, 2014

On top of great artwork, Nailbiter mixeseffortlesslyfrom a more comedic tone to sobering darkness without missing a beat. At this point, I really don't know what else I should have to say to convince you to go buy a copy of Nailbiter #7. Remarkably sobecause of itsaccessibility at issue #7. Smart, funny, chilling, and drenched in a fat layer of style, Nailbiter is an absolute delight. Highly recommend. Read Full Review

Rhymes With Geek - Matt Garz Nov 7, 2014

I was initially hesitant to pick up this book when I first read the solicitations. The cover gave me an uneasy feeling and I honestly thought it was going to be unnecessarily gruesome. My opinion has since changed. I really dig this series. There's a great mystery to uncover and I can't wait to see it unfold. Read Full Review

    All-Comic - Erik Gonzalez Nov 3, 2014

This is arguably the best issue to date; what could have been a total sales stunt, turned out to be a heartfelt, potent nod to comics and those who craft these wonderful tales. I highly recommend this bad boy! Read Full Review

Comic Crusaders - Martin Ferretti Nov 6, 2014

Nailbiter #7 is packed full of emotion and exposition which will delight existing readers of the series, and should peak the interest of anyone picking the book up for the first time. The book definitely has a macabre feel to it, but if you're looking for an engrossing detective story, this is a series you do not want to miss. Read Full Review

Unleash The Fanboy - John McCubbin Nov 4, 2014

Nailbiter #7 proves to be a rather forgettable issue, as though the appearance of Brian Michael Bendis proves intriguing, with there being some brilliant dialogue from the character, it just felt unnecessary, hindering the overall story. Despite this it still proves better than most of the comics that grace our comic stands, and comes recommended. Read Full Review

    ComicBook.com - Chase Magnett Nov 6, 2014

Nailbiter #7 isnt disappointing because of serious failures on Williamson or Hendersons behalf, but because it fails to live up to the potential of what they have created. At its best this series can be something uniquely strange, combining disparate elements to form something compelling and new. The concept of transforming a comics creator into a cast member falls in line with that promise, but it falters in the execution. Read Full Review

Comic Bastards - Samantha Roehrig Nov 5, 2014

So again, I would hold off on Nailbiter this week and wait for the awesomeness of next month. I still do love this story, so I know it will pick up. I am wondering who is behind all this mayhem. I hope that we slowly get introduced to this killer, or maybe we already have. In that case, then I have no idea who it could be. We have met a lot of people, and in the pit of my stomach I want Warren to be a good guy. It just can't be him. I guess in time we will find out. Read Full Review
