Prism Stalker is probably the best new series coming from Image Comics at the moment, and in just two issues, it's staked a claim of being surprising and arresting, while appealing to basic human needs. Read Full Review

We The Nerdy - Chad Waller Apr 10, 2018

This book is truly special, the kind of scifi you don't even know can exist until it's staring right at you. I'm enchanted. I'm feeling like I went on a wild ride, too. Read Full Review

I love the bright, psychedelic colors used for this series. It really does suit the story being told, and it certainly wouldn't fit with something more mundane. I hope we get to see more of the academy; I'm leaning towards it being an organic form as well, but I'm not entirely certain of that either. I'd love to see more of how they chose to represent it. The Brazen Bull - Dave Robbins Apr 10, 2018

Exotic and hypnotic, Prism Stalker is a journey of the mind where the unfamiliar is what is commonplace. As the main character explores, so do we, and neither of us can imagine what is to come. This is a gentle trip of exploration requiring nothing but imagination and a willingness to relax and float downstream. Read Full Review

I feel that the next issue has a very good opportunity to start really picking things up. Hopefully, it will as Vep continues to escape this nightmare. Read Full Review

Sloane delivers another great entry in this series that feels unlike any other. She plays with the reader by keeping us a little disoriented which is much like the main character feels. The world is vivid, dangerous, and quite literally alive all around us. The question for readers will be-do they find this book too weird to get into and are you willing to listen and take in information that you may not understand now for the payoff of something in the future.

I think as a visual experience it succeeds. There are lots of very otherworldly and alien designs that are pretty impressive, my problem is with the narrative so far. It seems a bit light.
