All-New Hawkeye continues to be a series Id recommend to others. The action takes a backseat to Clint and Kates story, and theres nothing lost in the meantime. Theres no need for extravagant displays of superpowers or archery; the tension between Clint and Kate speaks for itself and carries the story through the past and present. For an exploration into these characters, definitely pick up this issue. While not dialogue heavy, it is still rife with emotion. Read Full Review

Considering that All-New Hawkeye is pretty much a direct continuation of his first crack at the character, its impressive just how new Jeff Lemire's latest run feels. Read Full Review
If you read Hawkeye before this run there was a story that had the two Hawkeyes fighting. This seems to be that same story cranked up a bit. The look into the future seems to be the gimmick that would hold this story together, however the you have the Hawkeye organization as a replacement for S.H.I.E.L.D. and the same old tale. I am sure this is meant to be the reverse of the look into his past that we saw before. What is missing is the student teacher relationship that ran through the title before. This title seems to have lost it's magic and I hope they get it back.
The art in the present still seems reminiscent of Aja, but that might be for the best considered how muddy the art for the parts that take place in the future is.
Also, kinda upset how badly Lemire seems to have it for Clint... basically this book has devolved into everyone telling Clint, and us, how terrible he is and how much of a better Hawkeye Kate is. I'm sorry, but that's just not the kind of story I want to read.
