It might not be the most action packed issue you've ever read and that might be surprising considering the issue involves Cap, Thor and Spider-Man. But it works REALLY WELL, and the mystery told in the issue is an incredible one. It's a compelling issue that is going to be interesting to see play out in the next few issues. Overall, Captain America #15 is a solid installment in the series. It offers a unique blend of superhero action and character-driven drama.
