RATED T+
This is a really fun story and am looking forward to reading the final issue next month when it gets released. Read Full Review
Captain Carter #4 is a good continuation of the story, bringing in Tony Stark and adding a new dynamic to Peggy's circle of characters. The battle scenes are great, but the revelations given this issue to the overarching story were disappointing, with predictable villains where the writer could have had much more formidable sinister villains for Peggy to overcome. Still, Im looking forward to see what happens in next issues finale. Read Full Review
Worth a look if you are still on board with the story even if it is getting a bit confusing to tell who is doing what at this point. Read Full Review
Captain Carter moves forward with a new issue this week that puts our heroine in the clutches of an unexpected foe. Read Full Review
Captain Carter #4 moves the story forward with a solid mystery that ends with a twist reveal you won't see coming. The art is excellent, plenty of exciting action, and the pacing keeps the energy up. However, the new addition to the team adds nothing of value, and her constant lecturing drags the issue to a crawl whenever she speaks. Read Full Review
Whoa. This one ended in a way that I did NOT see coming. It was also cool to see the team come together and use all of their individual talents to solve the mystery!
Definitely the best issue of this mini so far
It's a simple story with a solid twist ending (which is not as left field as you might think if you read old Invaders comics). It's conveyed with relentlessly adequate storytelling in words and art. It's not memorable, it could definitely be improved, but it doesn't commit any mortal sins. It wouldn't feel honest to call it good, but it wouldn't feel great to dissect its minor flaws. It is an inoffensively average comic.
