Adam Gorham brought some beautiful visuals to this finale. The characters looked great, the action was fantastic and the mindscape of the Urchin was filled with enough trippy visual moments to keep me engaged. Read Full Review
Overall as a series, Contagion has been an incredibly fun ride and this issue brings it all to a fun, satisfying conclusion. And, of course, we get a great panel of Ben Grimm and his cat. Who could want anything more? Read Full Review
CONTAGION #5 IS a charming blend of psychedelic bliss and disturbing horror. Moon Knight's journey through the Urchin's mind is reminiscent of a Magic School Bus trip within someone's body. Read Full Review
Contagion is an interesting event that has its end in this issue, I think it was an event that went a little unnoticed but may serve as a introduction of Urchin into the Marvel villains gallery and will surely lead to one more significant new event in the Earth 616. Read Full Review
This finale unfortunately sputters to its end. A series that started off so great couldn't maintain that pace and was only barely kept afloat by a very well written Moon Knight. Read Full Review
I thought the artwork quality fell a little behind from previous issues, many story elements weren't resolved, and the conclusion felt lackin Read Full Review
A touch too rushed, but I loved the Moon Knight sass so I’m bumping it up a little.
Maybe this was slightly rushed. But you know, I just enjoyed Moon Knight, you know? He's too good for us.
series has a great start, but falls flat in the end. But that doesnt mean its bad
It was stoopid af, but I’m Moon Knight’s stan
The series was great. This is how I prefer big crossover events. A main series paying attention to a few charachters, while a lot from the Marvel universe are still used, but in a way smaller role. No one-shots side series etc. But the execution of the ending was really underwhelming.
A rushed ending to an otherwise great series. I like the idea of Moon Knight being a Trojan horse but a little bit more of how and a challenge would have been appreciated.
What a rushed and disappointing ending to an otherwise great miniseries. Moon knight defeated Urchin way too easily and it’s as if one of his powers is being anti-hivemind. The art also took a noticeable dip in quality. Contagion 1-4 were great but a found Contagion 5 to be extremely lacking, which is disappointing because great character moments happened in the first four issues with Jessica, Ben, and Danny.
Well, the most pathetic ending for a very weak story.
After the previous 4 issues I didn't expect something better for this one. The story moves in a very fast pace and doesn’t get us to involved in it. What I understand from the explanation of why the fungus attack it’s “because is his nature”, helped with magic the fungus makes horrible things but ok!
Very weak story and disappointing
