A PINK NIGHTMARE!
• The wall-breaking wunderkind we call Gwenpool gets ahold of the VENOM SYMBIOTE and turns into a sword-slinging, web-swinging master of disaster!
• But it won't all be fun and games when Gwenpool comes across something huge... something that will directly lead to the Venom event of 2017!

This issue is a step in the right direction. Hopefully the issues build off one another rather than being single-shot issues of the character before they're thrown into the main Venom storyline. I get the feeling the writers didn't consult each other when creating these issues so it might make little sense how the narration flows from one comic issue to the next. Treat them like single issues. Read Full Review
EDGE OF VENOMVERSE #2 is filled with great meta jokes and references to comic book tropes from writer Chris Hastings. The sometimes ultra violent action scenes are made hilarious by artist Irene Strychalski rather cartoony art style. It's the perfect book for fans of darkly humorous comics. Read Full Review
Edge of Venomverse #2 is a fun yet action-packed issue that manages to give us good characters and good action. While it doesn't lend any insight into what "Venomverse" will be, Christopher Hastings and Irene Strychalski craft a bubbly issue that never feels too dramatic nor too childish. They manage to successfully answer the question no one's ever asked: What would happen if you take Gwenpool and mix her with Venom? Read Full Review
Filled with both laughable moments and beautiful artwork, Edge of Venomverse #2 is not one to miss. Read Full Review
The description of the book says she discovers something that leads into the bigVenomverse event, but the one big discovery in here makes little real sense. Something about the Matt Murdoch she was courting not being the “real” one, but it's not explained well at all. This is a book that works well for Gwenpool fans, but may not be for you if you're not. It does well with the humor and Gwen in awkward situations, but falls flat when it comes to the look and the feel. Pick it up if you're a Gwenpool fan or if you just need to have all theEdge Of Venomverse issues. Read Full Review
I remain unsure about the Venomverse event, but this is mildly entertaining. Read Full Review
An illuminating and hilarious romp with Gwenompool (she's still working on the name) reveals some handy Venomverse information and an adorable crush on Matt Murdock. This might be the high-water mark of the title thanks to Chris Hastings' self-aware commentary. He makes a great point about "alternate universes = no consequences" that I will bet a zillion dollars main series author Cullen Bunn completely lives down to. Irene Strychalski is pushing her art into an interesting Will Robson area that works perfectly for a silly story like this. It's a fun read but also a feather-light one, and my suspicion that the main event won't be nearly as enjoyable is overpowering.
