Extreme Carnage: Toxin is an okay issue that doesn't add much to the bigger story. The plot progression is minimal, the fight between Carnage and Toxin ends in an unclear way, and there really isn't much to the issue. There's some fun nightmare-realm Symbiote fighting and a strong voice in the dialogue, but it's a weak chapter apart from that. Read Full Review

Maybe these one shots are wearing on me. It was similar quality to the rest of them but, its just nothing exciting.

This event literally does nothing on me

In this issue, Extreme Carnage sinks to the worst case scenario for a symbiote story: It's just palette-swapped Venoms sneering and slashing at each other while debating morality on a Saturday morning cartoon level.

This has officially put me off symbiotes...
