Iron Man finally realizes that after all is said and done... he's become worse than Korvac. And perhaps it's time for Tony Stark to finally lay down his godlike powers and embrace his humanity. But if he does so, will he stand one shred of a chance against a cosmically enraged Korvac, or will he be destroyed like the small, armored bag of blood, flesh and bones he has once again become? David faces off against Goliath in this penultimate issue of the BOOKS OF KORVAC!

Iron Man #18 is an excellent follow-up to the sheer brutality of the previous issue. This is a comic that takes its time, happy to just let the conversation play out. Read Full Review
This book blows me away with how consistently excellent it is. Read Full Review
Lan Medina delivers some great art. I love the interpretations of some classic Iron Man moments and how emotional a lot of the visual moments are. Read Full Review
Yet another issue of an amazingly good run.
Full of heartrenching moments and gorgeous emotive art.
This series demands to be read.
This book has been a steady series.
It's got an insightful read on Tony's character. The Jekyll and Hyde comparison is well-executed. There's a workable link between character and plot development, and it's all wrapped up and booted toward greatness by some superb art.
Gosh, it's grim, though! Tony ends up painfully aware of the hubris-to-humility cycle he's caught in. Neither he nor his creators can offer a lot of hope for change.
This issue really works. I love the characterization of Tony here. It fits. Good job.
The supporting characters are really good in this run.
I think this book has been pretty good when it comes it the iron god stuff. This issue was no exception.
The concept is interesting the execution however lacks a lot. Hope we stop this korvac mess soon
This issue of the Iron Man comic series tries hard to delve into deeper emotions and character development but ultimately falls short. While the intention to explore Tony Stark’s personal struggles is clear, the execution feels somewhat forced and lacks the impact it aims for. The storyline feels more like a filler, lacking the excitement and intensity of previous issues. While there are moments that hint at potential, they don’t quite land, making this installment feel more like a bridge between major events rather than a standout entry on its own. Here’s hoping the next issue picks up the pace and delivers the punch fans are looking for.
