These robots make sense for the purpose of the story and serve merely as a speed bump towards a larger adventure as opposed to becoming the new focal point, which serves more as a strength. There are hints as to the bigger story and just what the heck is going on with Franklin in this issue. We're now halfway through this mini-series, so I'm eager to see the bigger picture. While "Marvel Zombies: Resurrection" #2 features some great frames of our favorite old heroes and villains in creative new roles, its thin plot and dull colors do very little to make us want to read on about them in this undead romp. Read Full Review
Our scruffy heroes are on a classic heroes' quest; in this issue, they meet up with some zombie-fightin' robots. It's a straightforward story with good words and art, but the highlight of the series remains the impressive amount of thoughtful world-building that's smoothly massaged into the dialogue. This is still the most thoughtful Marvel Zombies yarn we've seen in a long, long time.
This was fine but it felt like even the writer had no interest in this story.
50/50. Can't say it's bad, but it's definitely not good.
I found this to be quite annoying! Very little emotional payoff to anything, it all just felt... tired.
