The penultimate issue of this X-series is perhaps the lightest of the bunch in terms of story and character evolution, but there's been plenty of that in the prior two issues for this to work as a proper finale primer. Read Full Review
Realm of X #3 boasts commendable writing and art individually; however, their fusion into a cohesive unit remains challenging. Read Full Review
There's a lot of very interesting ideas here, but the execution is a little lackluster, unfortunately. I liked this as a whole, though. Curse has been a super intriguing character to me since Issue 1 and I enjoyed the pages with her, Magik, and Saturynne here. I liked the brief interaction between Dust and Marrow as well, plus the moment with Northstar trying to contact Sif. Thinking more about it, this started off fine, but it picked up more for me in the later half of the issue. Hopefully the next issue provides a satisfying conclusion.
This was pretty good. Admittedly I liked the first two issues better. The concept is good and cast of characters is great in my opinion so I am looking forward to seeing what will happen in the next issue
What happened to this book? Did they choose the worst artist they had on call to do this book? It looks like a mix between anime and South Park. It was tough to take the writing seriously. Magik finds Curse and Curse turns on the witch. I wasn't familiar with Saturnyne before this story, but I was onboard until this issue. If it wasn't wrapped up next issue, i would be dropping it.

The art is not Neves but Bruno Oliveira. I am sorry to say that this style completely took me out of this narrative. Literally everyone is cross-eyed on every panel, giving the whole thing a goofy feel.
I can’t review this issue without first mentioning how much of a negative experience it was to read this issue due to the art. I don’t know what Bruno Oliveira had in mind when deciding on some of the choices for character designs, but every character looked off and the cross-eyed, anime-style facial expressions actively took me out of the story, which I was already struggling to care about to begin with. To that end, Torunn Grønbekk has managed to make a team of interesting personalities utterly unlikable while simultaneously neutering Magik of any utility. The sequence of events with Magik finding Curse, who then turns on Saturnyne is ludicrous at best, and an afront to storytelling at worst. I have no clue where this is going with omore
