Rogue & Gambit continues to be one of the best X-books on the stands, not just for its mining of past X-Men history, but for making a concerted effort to push characters to do something about their longings and wants, come what may. Read Full Review
Rogue & Gambit #4 may be the best issue yet in an already spectacular series. The whole journey wraps up next issue, and honestly, I couldn't be more excited to see how it ends. Read Full Review

Love this cover! It captures the issue well since they do have to see from each other's point of view. Anka ALWAYS does an excellent job with foreshadowing what will be in the issue with the cover art. Perez and D'Armata use of bright colors with detailed art works perfectly. Thompson does a good job touching flashbacks and their mixed feelings about each other. Read Full Review

when a super hero comic becomes more than thar. the subtext is impressive
Rogue and Gambit face the full complexities of the scheme against them: power draining, power swapping, and memory exchange thrown into the bargain, too. It's wonderfully inventive stuff, and the script delivers just as much careful attention to the heroes' feelings, too. The art hits high standards again, with a slight confusion in the action scenes being the one place this issue falls short of perfection.
