I love this series. The cast of characters really play well off each other and the direction they are taking the title is engaging. I want to see what happens to these kids and I root and cry for them when they succeed or fail. Read Full Review

Strange Academy #10 takes the student body to Asgard. Plenty of fun shenanigans ensue, but they're background texture for the dramatic and romantic developments entangling the core characters. This issue relies on reader engagement to make its characterization compelling, but past issues have done plenty to encourage that engagement. Come into this comic with an established interest in these kids, and you'll be delighted with where it takes you. Read Full Review

On par with THE RUNAWAYS and YOUNG AVENGERS when they debuted, this series is GOLD.
YAY! Just finished reading Issue #10. Talk about cosmic soap opera.
Spoiler Alert!
The Enchantress really gets around. She is the mother of both Irik and Alvi with a palace guard AND also Ove with Namor the SubMariner. And here I thought Captain Marvel with Doctor Strange was the surprise bomb of the last 30 days.
Interesting pair up with Toth and Shaley. Of course the dynamics between Irik and Doyle keep improving and I am glad to see Doyle willing to keep Irik's and Alvi's parents a secret.
As usual, the artwork, coloring and lettering are all splendid. Wish they could have shown us even more and I am already eager for the next issue! Doyle and Emily are actually cute together and someday when they ar more
Delightful. Terrific art as per usual.
Very cute issue, and the reveal of the secret parent was cool. Didn't liked how Shaylee was written however.
Special shoutout for the great expressiveness of Doyle.
On a field trip to Asgard, the usual magic school shenanigans are pushed into the background so the creators and readers can concentrate on the Emily-Doyle-Iric love triangle. That triangle is broken in a thoroughly satisfying way. While the background shenanigans remain a little saccharine, the character work at center stage is outstanding. The art remains exceptionally great, and I welcome the feeling that the writer is re-focusing toward his main characters and away from ensemble comedy.
This is a good, solid issue. I find myself caring about these dumb characters, which is certainly strange for me.
Fine!
