May 13, 2026Hands down this is THE issue you need to read first before anything else this week. This is the penultimate issue and issue 5 is setting up to be a must read issue. Deniz Camp’s storytelling is on a whole other level and is some of the best I’ve ever read, and the artwork is stunning in every single way. Read Full Review

May 13, 2026This was a heavy issue. It continues to build up some key conflicts. I’m so intrigued by how this story will end. I can honestly say Deniz Camp is doing a great job keeping me on my toes and thinking. At times, I truly feel like the Maker will reign but there’s enough in the narrative to help me hold out hope. That shows Camp’s ability to weave an intriguing tale that hooks you and has you waiting for the next issue. Read Full Review

May 13, 2026The penultimate issue of Ultimate Endgame sets things up well for the finale despite a couple of minor stumbles. With a still gripping narrative and engaging art, the finale is poised to be epic. Read Full Review

May 13, 2026Ultimate Endgame #4 is yet another massive disappointment for an event. In rushing the story to its upcoming conclusion there are many missing things to make moments like major deaths or last-minute character appearance have an emotional impact. It is Read Full Review

It's... eh. Everything starts to feel rushed and with one issue left, I can't see this ending well.

Bleak and rushed. The art is not for me… I feel that the deaths are just empty shock value. The whole ultimate line kind of lost its way in the end..

it's honestly a shame. Becaue I think Deniz Camp is a good writer, he's shown that with his Ultimates, and Absolute Martian Manhunter. But it feels that the pacing is relaly rushed where I didn't feel anything for this event because everything is just speeding along in the speed of light. The art is inconsistent, and I think that there are too many characters for me to care about.
While I don't mind things having to end, and if this was marvel's original plan, then so be it. But it's a shame that they ended on a flat note, and like Afre said, I don't see how this will wrap up in a satisfying way. -
