I appreciated the imagery of the mental battle by Wolverine to escape the prison of his mind and finally regain his true self. Moreover, the message by Chris Condon of friends and comrades helping each other through mental health struggles. Simply put, the Opposition is more than an army of survivors. This is book is good but so little happens so I can't say I loved it. Essentially one major plot development re: Logan. And we learned who the leader of the Opposition is. And then a mutant with some changes from is introduced. The pseudoscience in the introduction is flimsy.
The internal exploration of Logan continues to be ... Fine. It's not bad but it's not great. There's so little changed from 616 Logan, so it's mostly a retread and not compelling in the way Ultimate Peter Parker is.
The art is generally excellent.
