This was a really great bit of continuation that added huge factors into the Venom War run. The ending of Venom War #3 makes me really interested to see where this goes. The plot gets more and more compelling, and I'm excited to see what's next! Read Full Review

Venom War #3 further ties symbiote mythology to Marvel cosmic, with heavy-hitter villains entering the fray. It's another example of how Venom's evolution and complexity as a character have become inherently part of his new identity. Read Full Review

The best issue so far, in my opinion. Ewing, time and time again, has proved himself to be so good at introducing multiple things over the course of a story and tying them all back together when the time is right, and this was another case of that. I mean, the editor referenced at least three different issues of Ewing's mainline Venom run. Either way, this is super fun stuff and I'm really hoping this ends strong with the next two issues.

It's a little corny, the arts a little generic, but it's fun comic book stuff. Just silly.

Too much Venom these days. This series is serviceable but not needed. If all your into is Spider books then this is a decent addition to your collection, otherwise skip it.
