While the X-Men's rescue mission was compromised by the identity of the mutant they were tracking, it's now completely shot to hell by the intervention of Department H! Normally, not a problem for the X-Men, but the Science Team wasn't a group assembled for battle.

    Fanlight Zone - Richard Coryell

X-Men #32 is a strong continuation of the Anomaly arc that builds on the mystery, danger, and team dynamics from the previous issue. Overall, this is another exciting chapter that pushes the arc forward, raises the stakes for what comes next, and reminds readers why this X-Men team works so well when they are forced to think, fight, and adapt under pressure. If you’re following the current run, this is definitely an issue worth picking up at your LCS this week. Read Full Review

X-Men #32 throws its current story arc into high gear, as Beast's Science Team works against the clock to prevent massive destruction. In true X-Men fashion, it features plenty of character dynamics, impressive displays of mutant powers, and a story that will keep fans coming back for future issues. Read Full Review

    Astonishingly Awful

I don’t know why, because it’s still MacKay on writing, but this storyline isn’t bad. I particularly liked the scene in which Animalia was able to convince the Department H pilot that the X-Men just want to help. If this trend continues, Cyclops’s Unlikable X-Men could actually become… gasp…heroes!

What a mixed bag. Actual heroics mixed in with hot trash storytelling. A magic potion to cure magneto that best had all along. Just happened to be carrying it with him? I’ve had enough of Jed on X-men. Where is this story going ? The science team lead by Beast. I just don’t care. I desperately want too I love the X-men but this series has been all over the map. It’s just not good. Was it better than usual ? Even a broken clock is right. Do better marvel. Save the X-men.
