don't put out perfect scores. But I think this is my definitive Green Arrow run. Yes, I love Joshua Williamson's run on Green arrow. he's one of my favorite writers of all time. But Chris Condon surpassed my expectations, and I love his writing for Oliver Queen. It's a shame that this run was so short, but it ended on a high note. This is just a standalone story, but this is a run that I will be r more
After an explosive domestic squabble between a working father and a teenage daughter boils into the streets, the Emerald Archer must reckon with his past choices and experiences in order to provide a path forward for the two... and himself.
Lo and behold, Condon writes the best issue of his run for the series finale. Still wasn’t perfect, but it carried more emotional resonance than his previous issues all combined. This series launched with a great run by Williamson and healthy sales. I’m sorry that it didn’t last longer, but I continued to support it even after Williamson left with the abrupt change in direction. Here’s to more

I think this is really great and I don’t understand the lukewarm response to it. This issue is the start of something new yet not new, that Hickman fans should be hyped about. Bryan hitch delivers lots of cool 2-page spreads, to boot.

This was unapologetically fun. I know this, and a lot of Duggan's work lately, has been criticized for not mattering. I feel like this is an especially prevalent criticism for Duggan because his writing style is very breezy and light, and you can easily tear through an issue of his in a couple minutes, if you want. I don't put much stock in that criticism however, because sometimes comics should j more

This is an enjoyable little issue, that's kind of building on the ideas Marauders set up. So I'm not surprised a lot of people are iffy on this.

I'm hoping you don't put this over Grell, O'Neil, the 2001 run or even Lemire's New 52 run
I don't think it's going to be over Grell, O'Neil, or Lemire New 52 Run. But I think I should have reworded it as it's my definitive 2020s Green Arrow run. Chris Condon's run was cut too short and had only 13 issues for it to have a lasting impact. For me, the best Green Arrow runs are: Grell, 2001, New 52, O'Neil, this, Ben Percy, and Joshua Williamson's run.
