It remains to be seen where the whole fight for Throatcutter Hill is going and what part all the characters will have to play. Whether this will be an ongoing saga or just a passing fad. There were a few good laughs but overall, this wasn't a favorite issue. Not even the toilet humor, charming though it was, gave more than a chuckle. We will have to wait and see what the future holds and just what's next for the Harley Quinn Destructive Agency. Til next time friends.

Batman and Santa Claus: Silent Knight Returns #1 puts us directly in the action as we have peril and the fate of beloved heroes on the line. I look forward to this Christmas Carol.

Harley Quinn #33 delivers both a beginning and an end. Finally the question of what certain people wanted, who were involved with Harley ages ago, has been answered. This is a promise that I hope to see kept as the next few issues unravel what's been sown by Tini Howard since she took over this title. I look forward to seeing you all next issue!

Harley Quinn #36 has so many wonderful things about it; the artwork, the dream story, and the emotional ka-pow. I look forward to discovering what's next for our troupe. It's been a pleasure seeing the entire creative team showcasing their best work.

Harley Quinn #39 sets up a chilling beginning to Harley discovering her way and finding success. What Freeze is up to remains to be seen but the moves he is making may leave Harley with no choice but to join him in his work...

Harley Quinn #43 is a fun adventure with depth and heart. One not frozen, I might add. Tini Howard, Sweeney Boo, Natacha, Bustos, and Steve Wands give us a great time while staying true to form. I cannot wait to see where all this build up leads and just what the stakes will be now that Harley seems to have some harmony.

It will be interesting to see the voyage in store for Harley and her Destructive Agency. With all the work Harley has recently put into herself, it remains to be seen what the path forward has in store. But I look forward to seeing it with you, friends.

Like I said previously, I really feel like Justice Society of America #7 lays a lot of groundwork for big moments to come. I really like the pace of the story and the small deviations that help amplify the main emotions and roles of the featured characters. I'm looking forward to the next issue!

Right now, as a reader, I cannot predict what will happen next and that is rare indeed. I WANT to know what is coming and that is part of the draw of this series. It has reopened the door for many characters to be remembered and introduced. I look forward to seeing where the pathways all lead.

Readers are given a lot to digest at once as things are moving faster. Harley Quinn #35 sets us up for what should prove to be an insightful start to the new year and I for one can't wait!

I look forward to watching Santa team up with the Gotham gang as he tries to keep the world safe. What can go wrong with Batman getting trained by Santa Claus, an ancient Viking who slays beings who go bump in the night? The short answer is easier to explain. Batman and Santa Claus #1 gives us a gift that keeps giving.

With the action revving up as more information becomes known about this Silent Knight, next issue promises to be something special. Batman and Santa Claus: Silent Knight Returns #2 was a wonderful read and really captures the whimsy and essence of Christmas time in a visual vocabulary. Stunning.

Batman and Santa Claus: Silent Knight #2 is one of the best follow-upsI've read in a while. It hits all the spots for joy and even gives us rare glimpses into the backgrounds of favorite characters. 'Tis the season and I will patiently await the next issue!

Batman and Santa Claus: Silent Knight #3 has brought us to the brink of the wonder-wall of the mystic and magical, with legends breathing themselves back to life. We're nearing the end of the line for this short series, but having woven into the Knightmare escapades was a beautiful path to choose. I look forward to the next issue!

Batman and Santa Claus: Silent Knight #4 gives us all a new take on what Christmas means, and most certainly what the true spirit of the holiday is. I like the way the story of Krampus and Klaus was depicted and intertwined so interactively with the DCU. Each one of the interactions and reactions is genuine and heartwarming.

Black Canary: Best of the Best #1 is going to be one of those slice of life stories that provides deep insight and carries weight. I just wish I was kicking back in my pajamas with the Justice League watching Dinah myself, super jealous. I look forward to devouring the full story. Brava.

Gotham City Sirens #3 packs a lot of information that I am curious to see play out as the investors prepare.to witness and engage in the show Punchline has prepared for them. Like you readers, I will be waiting to see Selina, Harley, and Ivy handle business.

Harley Quinn #34 gives the promise of answers on the horizon for a lot of the plots in this arc. I look forward to seeing what "Bud and "Lou are really after in all this. Also, what are Lady Quark's true intentions?

Harley Quinn #37 definitely brings the different sides and fears of people into play. One thing I loved was getting both Harley and Joker in so many different spotlights in the same book with each of the sides being represented so well.

Harley Quinn #38 is an excellent example of a character showing true growth after trauma. I, for one, will be here for it.

Harley Quinn #40 gives us everything a reader could ask for, including a chilling build-up for plots to come. I'm excited to see how the board shifts and find out which players step up to the plate.

Harley Quinn #41 promised quite an action-filled future as the arcs collide and our plots begin to merge. It's wonderful seeing Harley and Robin banter and honestly see under the mask, so to speak. I genuinely look forward to more issues like this that invoke those kinds of heartwarming moments and relatability the dedication to the humanity of all.

Harley Quinn #42 poses bigger plans afoot than Harley is aware, vendettas gain ammunition, and kinship is deepening as our heroine navigates her way through life. The dream sequence stories are always so inventive and varying, in the best ways, but "If Books Could Kill is certainly in my top three.

Harley Quinn 2024 Annual is a lovely addition to the universe of Harley Quinn. Erica Henderson and Hassan Otsmane-Elhaou give readers a fun adventure on the high seas with Harley Quinn in a charming mystery. A definite recommendation to relieve any blues.

Harley Quinn: Black, White, and Redder #4 is utterly amazing. Zoe Thorogood gives us the most exquisite art, the "Who Are You? page is such a testament to her skill. Kyle Starks and Chris Schweizer give us a reason why it is better to be kind. Sean Lewis, Hayden Sherman, and Hassan Otsmane-Elhaou give us laughs galore in a brilliantly crafted story.

With each group of stories, there's so much enjoyment to be had. Harley Quinn: Black, White, and Redder #5 continues offering us the same high quality and fun we've come to expect from his title, we get just a few more sides of the prism. This series has been an absolute joy to review.

Do yourself a favor and get a copy of Harley Quinn: Black, White, and Redder #6. The issue delivers perfection on every level, so pick your favorite cover, settle in, and have a Merry Christmas!

This series has given me a chance to really enjoy at a plot line that, not only makes sense, but works in a way that opens even darker doors. The humble adoration and respect, matched by a supreme bloodlust and zero restraint is what stands out in Joker: The Man Who Stopped Laughing #12. The shenanigans make me wish for more, because the whole series was so highly enjoyable. I mean, just watching the Joker blimp go against the Joker train was worth the price of admission.

Jeff Lemire and team give an exciting and out the park opening to this next stage for the JSA with JSA #1. It is genuinely like watching a movie as it opens. There is tension and suspense, old enemies as well as new. Seeing ourselves in heroes that inspire, or knowing their pain through the lows. Favorites in peril and new faces stepping up to earn their flowers in the heat of the leadership roles now upon them. It is the thrill of adventure and action, the suspense and intrigue of the core of what a hero is, their purpose.

To say for certain, JSA #2 was devoured quickly. The flow of the story just has your eyes hungry on the page, craving the new twist and turn. A breath-taker of a cliffhanger leaves us waiting patiently, until next time friends!

Justice Society of America #8 opens new doorways in this story, but one thing's for sure; Helena Wayne has the dedication it takes to find her purpose and her way back to where she belongs. I look forward to watching the world unfold with fellow fans!

Justice Society of America #9 provides us with a launch into what to expect in the next issue and I, for one, cannot wait to see the reactions from the rest of the team. We're turning a corner for this story arc and I can't wait to see what's next for Helena and the rest of the team, as the next part of the saga unfolds.

If I could change one thing? What would I ask? More battle? I don't think so. Was the end swift? Convenient? I think it is far more telling, a left open answer until it is answered. There are some amazing moments to be found in Justice Society of America #11. From the Mikel Janin cover, to the passion and research and genuine love for comics as a medium. This series really feels like a love letter from creators to fans, to show that they love the thrill of a good read with your favorite characters too. Such an amazing book.

If there is one element of story telling that I love, it is character building in the art of reflection. The choice to have Courtney showcase the different levels and vantage points of what family can be is wholesome. It is wonderful as a fan of comics to see these issues of reflection because we get to revisit massive moments in time to see them through the lens of another perspective. To gain a better understanding of not only characters, but maybe seeing a bit of ourselves there for the ride. Thank you Geoff. You and the team have made many magical moments.

Two-Face #1 is the beginning of what promises to be a thrill ride, and a journey of knowledge. It will be very interesting to see this iteration of Two-Face play out. Exploring the world that these folks have created for readers will be a blast. Especially given the potential for chaos with all the diverse and terrifying villains.
