Batman: Off-World #4 starts the back half of the series with a new threat and a new look into Batman's head. So far this comic has been firing on all cylinders, and signs point to it ending just as strongly as it began. This is the best series that Jason Aaron has written since his Thor run. I was skeptical of the premise of Batman in space, but it works really well and actually makes sense. Why wouldn't Batman want to be prepared for alien attacks?
The supporting cast of Ione and Punchbot are also great new additions to the DC universe, and the art is fantastic.
