Free Comic Book Day 2023: Dawn of DC - Knight Terrors #1 sets up an interesting story while the art team shines. The story only takes up half the book with the rest being filled with variant covers and design art. Read Full Review
Overall, there is a good nightmare aspect to it and the art is fantastic with amazing page layouts, but I still generally have no idea what's to come. But, between the issue and the concept art in the back, the issue has me more excited for what's to come. Read Full Review
Although it was a brief story, I enjoyed the use of Damien to set up the upcoming Knight Terrors limited-series. The hilarious commentary from Firefly was my favorite standout moment from the issue, and I hope that we get little moments like that in the limited series. Knight Terrors looks to be something new and original for the Dawn of DC, and I look forward to seeing how Williamson and team craft these particular stories in July and August. Read Full Review

FCBD 2023: Dawn of DC - Knight Terrors #1 might not change anyone's mind on whether they will fully participate in this summer's event, but it shouldn't discourage anyone either. It looks great and sets up the seeds of the story, and that's what I expect from an FCBD preview. Read Full Review
pretty good. Wish the art was better but the story was interesting
A good preview for the upcoming event. Don't doubt the main book will be great but have my doubts about tie ins.
This didn't really excite me for the event. The art by Bachalo was good. However, I really do think he repurposed old Doctor Strange designs for that nightmare sequence. This was fine.
