Super Hero Hype - Matt Morrison Jun 4, 2024

My Adventures With Superman #1 is not likely to win over those unwilling to give a Superman manga a try. However, open-minded fans will appreciate how the comic, like the animated series, showcases how universal the themes and characters of Superman truly are. Fans of the show will likewise be satisfied with how the comic continues the series' storyline. Read Full Review

The Aspiring Kryptonian - Sam Rakestraw Jun 4, 2024

One of the biggest questions when season one came out was if there was Dr. Ivo, then where was his most famous creation? His debut is right here in My Adventures With Superman #1, at the same time, how will this tie into the new season? There are plenty of reasons to get on this limited series. Read Full Review

Supergirl Comic Box Commentary - Anj Jun 14, 2024

Still, overall this was a solid first issue, setting up the tone and story. If you just picked up this issue and hadn't seen the show, you'd understand this universe and these takes on the characters.  So I think it is worth a buy. I also think this trade (or the floppies) will be great gifts for young readers. Read Full Review
