Weird Science - Eric Shea Jul 16, 2014

This issue hangs back on the action this week as we're given a story that's driven completely by people talking things out and it was really entertaining.  We're finally introduced to the Futures End JLA team and I can't wait to see this team in action in the future, but for their first appearance a simple team discussion sufficed completely.  Another great issue in this strange future that I can't help but get anxious for each week and I hope it remains as good as it's been so far.  Go get it and any back issues you've missed because Futures End is a brave new world where anything can happen. IGN - Mike Logsdon Jul 17, 2014

Writers Brian Azzarello, Jeff Lemire, Keith Giffen, and Dan Jurgens show that, once again, the Frankenstein and Amethyst team-up are the strongest element of the series. Read Full Review

It's interesting to note that we don't see Batman with the Justice League. Did they have a falling out? What happened there? I guess we will see later. Read Full Review

DC Comics News - Gregg Hamm Jul 17, 2014

This issue contained a lot of fan favourite characters, though many of them did very little. While the story continues to move forward, many of the developments felt predictable and lackluster. While fans of the series will likely enjoy this issue, its lack of significance makes it feel very much likefiller. Read Full Review

So grab a drink, kick back, and enjoy the book. It might be a bit slower than the previous issues, but that only means that once the action hits it'll be that much better. Read Full Review

    All-Comic - Dan Leicht Jul 16, 2014

Each week, this series gives us mini-stories for all its different storylines. A method such as this isn't s fast paced-approach to the story, so details on certain scenarios might not be brought up as soon as youd hope. However, this issue does give some much needed attention to Firestorm and the struggles Raymond and Jason have to deal with because of their alter ego. Read Full Review

    Batman-News - Jesse Kennedy Jul 17, 2014

I'm beating a dead horse when I say this, but it's a slow going comic. Maybe pull a month's worth of these comics and read them all in one sitting. This might alleviate some of the “nothing seems to happen this issue” blues. I feel like each issue consists of six different teaser trailers. I'm dying for substance. Purchase if you want a complete collection. You might be missing some information, but not a ton from one missed issue. This might be the week to take break if you need one. Read Full Review
