Blog Of Oa - Myron Rumsey Oct 15, 2015

Star Trek / Green Lantern #4 continues to be a fun filled dream for fans of either universe, but exponentially so for those who love both. There are great moments for each character in this issue as the stage is set for the arrival of the one terrible force which may overshadow any animosity the factions have towards each other. Five out of five lanterns. Read Full Review

Big Comic Page - Andrew Stevens Oct 15, 2015

Art-wise, Angel Hernandez does excellent, bright and, most appropriately, colourful space battles. In particular he captures the more up-close-and-personal aspects of fights from the perspective of those flying around with power rings. There has never been a more asymmetrical fight in a Star Trek comic than two small humanoids trying to fight an entire space station, and it is really neat to see such small participants flying around, weaving and dodging, and getting smashed by photon torpedoes. Geeked Out Nation - Grant Raycroft Oct 14, 2015

Star Trek / Green Lantern isn't the best book coming out right now, but it's by far the most fun. Mike Johnson writes a script that is in love with the spirit of both source materials and even manages to improve it to some respects. Angel Hernandez brings the raw action to the series and colorist Alejandro Sanchez keeps the whole enterprise from turning into a Technicolor nightmare. This mini-series is one of the highlights of 2015 and should not be over looked. Read Full Review

Weird Science - Jim Werner Apr 1, 2016

This issue continues the setup which was a bit disappointing, but because of the great characterizations and excellent art, I can still recommend it to any fan of either franchise. With two issues left, I hope Mike Johnson picks up the pace a bit and we aren't just heading for one huge battle to end them all.  Actually, that would be pretty cool and if it comes down to that, I'll probably love it.  In parting, this issue was good enough for me, yea, yea, yea, yea... All-Comic - Erik Gonzalez Oct 14, 2015

This mini-series has definitely improved and things look to be heading to a strong conclusion. Mike Johnson hasnt tampered with the Lantern storylines and is able to make everything work out. To come up with a story like this is an impressive feat. This series is worth checking out. There are only two issues left, so perhaps it may be beneficial to wait for the trade to come out. Comic Crusaders - Lead Sharp Oct 19, 2015

Imagine the Enterprise finding a planet on the neutral zone border, it Mogo and the Green Lantern Corp, plus any other Lanterns you like have been in suspended animation, the Enterprise crew wake them up, there's a weird signal that wakes up sector 666, throw in a full chorus of Klingons, Romulins, Gorn and a Q, they all find Oa at the center of the Universe and the whole thing leads to a new comic series shared by two companies. Whatever, I'm tied, it's late and this comic was so wooden I felt like varnishing it rather than reading it. Read Full Review
