End of Story Arc. The epic conclusion of this first chapter! It's Rook versus Ursaw in a winner-takes-all gambit, as the fate of the planet Exodus-and all who inhabit it-hangs in the balance. Plus: Who is Ursaw? And what does he really want from Exodus?
This was hands down my favorite issue so far. It felt like Rook has come into himself and is ready to face what he must face, in a way he's never done before. As we see his character development alongside his birds, we're also faced with an unexpected turn of events that makes this story so much more than it already was. I was immediately sucked into the world of ROOK Exodus, but now with this twist, I'm more excited for its future than ever. Read Full Review
ROOK: EXODUS #6 is a banger of a finale to the first arc with fast-paced action, stunning visuals, and a satisfying conclusion. Geoff Johns leaves some world-building questions unanswered, but he more than makes up for those gaps with edge-of-your-seat thrills. Plus, Jason Fabok's mesmerizing art is impossibly made better by Brad Anderson's surgically precise coloring. Read Full Review
As a breakout title for the Ghost Machine imprint, Rook has been a standout since its debut. A minor pause won't dull its momentum as this highly original and exciting series has been one of the most pleasant surprises of 2024. Read Full Review
The story ends its first arc very strongly. A full character arc for Rook that feels like the climax to the first "film". This is exactly the type of book I want to read. Im hoping the gap provides no drop in intensity and great quality that has been delivered.
Great end to the first arc. Rook finally comes into his own and finds equilibrium with the birds and is rewarded for this enlightenment pretty quickly. The threat was neutralized rather abruptly and conveniently, but it doesn't take away from what was a great finale. Great art, great writing, love the plot and setting and background. Looking forward to what comes next.
A nice Max Max action-packed close-out to the first arc of the story. I still don't understand why they are fighting over a dying planet and if Direwolf's dad could fix the world engines this entire time, why didn't the corporation force him to do it rather than lose billions of dollars of investment? There are some holes here.
Plus I created Poe the raven in a comic and novel called Shadow Raven in 1995. He also appeared in the 4th Destiny Aurora novel in 2022.

Very cool climax to a very cool first arc. Probably my favorite title in the Geiger universe.
