From the creative team of GIDEON FALLS and PRIMORDIAL comes the first book in a bold and ambitious new shared horror universe! When a geologist is sent to a remote lighthouse to investigate strange phenomenon he finds a seemingly endless pit in the rocks. But what lurks within and how will he escape its pull?
THE PASSAGEWAY is the first of a dozen new interconnected projects making up THE BONE ORCHARD MYTHOS from LEMIRE and SORRENTINO!
The Passageway has the dread and horror we don't often since in comics. It's the kind of tale that you'll put down and it'll linger with you as you process deep and powerful emotions. The horror may ultimately lie in the darkly upsetting and uncaring element of the nature around us and how some services that nature for unnatural ends. The Passageway creates an intensity that's unnerving and hard to turn away from. Read Full Review
Albeit a bit vague, The Passageway starts off Jeff Lemire and Andrea Sorrentino's Bone Orchard Mythos in grand, disturbing and unsettling fashion. Read Full Review

The title of the book itself is fundamentally what it is about. A passageway into the Bone Orchard Mythos. It is a tale of dread and vague endings. Some satisfaction is had but way more questions remain than were answered. If you like a story that leaves you with answers, you will hate this. However, if you like a story that you can talk to your friends about and discuss what stuff meant, then you will love this. I have a lot of questions, many of which I know will never be answered, and some that I image will be answered in future books.
Haunting.
I just can't get enough of Lemire and Sorrentino collaborations. Don't want to spoil too much, but if you were a fan of Gideon Falls, this one will be right up your alley.
It's hard to rate. On one hand, you get a great looking, creepy story but, it doesn't really get to a meaningful conclusion.
Great artwork. Story is creepy but not much else happening. Quick read.
It delivers on creepy, sure, but the entire story is a big questions with no answers. Maybe more will be revealed as the Bone Orchard Mythos progresses, but this installment left me wanting.
