New Story Arc. Pythona of Cobra-La ventures deep into space. Will her mission spell certain doom for the Void Rivals?
Void Rivals #13 doesn't upend anything with the series but sets up Cobra-La closing in faster on our heroes and the steps both sides might be forced to take to prevent The Unity from occurring. Read Full Review
The kickoff issue for the next chapter of Void Rivals delivers us with the seeds to move the story forward. Introducing some new characters to the world that will make a huge crossover impact is clutch. Kirkman does a great job building on the world that hes been creating, well keeping it fresh with new characters and situations. Read Full Review
A solid issue in the ongoing story, displaying Kirkman's usual talent for roping you in and teasing you with just enough to want to see what happens next. Oh and some snake guys are here and in space, so that's pretty cool. Read Full Review

Void Rivals #13 has introduced Cobra-La into the fold of this story, with Pythona featuring on the cover. However, she doesn't have as much relevance compared to the rest of the issue. While it's nice to see a greater connection to the Energon Universe, I do wish Kirkman had focused more on Pythona in this issue. I'm sure we'll gradually learn more about her and the schemes she is involved in as the series progresses. Read Full Review
I get the shakes when this title is late lol. Another worthy entry into the energon universe. Whooo, that cover!
This issue mostly consists of moving characters into place for the start of this new arc, but it’s an exciting set up.
We bring in the characters from Cobra-La in this issue as well as the conflict between Darak and his dad. Not sure how this is going to finish up. Meanwhile, handroid leads his counterpart into the depths. This story continues to move. I wonder what he has as the ending to this because like Sacrificers this has a limited story.
