GHOST RIDER/WOLVERINE: WEAPONS OF VENGEANCE Part Two!
BLAZE and LOGAN investigate a series of ritualistic deaths involving mutants!

Ghost Rider #17 is a great second chapter to this infernal crossover between Blaze and Logan, backed up by incredibly well-realized paneling and art that simply slaps. The Ghost Rider/Wolverine team-up is exactly what comics needs and this creative team executes it exceptionally well. Read Full Review
Ghost Rider #17 cranks the throttle on the Weapons of Vengeance crossover, delivering some macabre imagery as well as more introspection. The last page promises a showdown for the ages, which will hopefully make Wolverine #36 worth the cover price. Read Full Review
More clever moments of comedy like the one mentioned in the above paragraph might have aided the issue a bit, but Percy brings both heroes to the page in a way thats a lot of fun, even in the issues darkest moments. Team-ups arent often quite this much fun. Unlike some of the best team-ups, Ghost Rider and Wolverine clearly DONT belong together, but its going to be really fun to watch them continue to work together in the course of the brief crossover series that theyre engaging in at Summers end. Not quite as good as the first part, but still enjoyable overall. I think Percy writes the dynamic between Johnny and Logan well, and Shaw continues to put out some nice interiors. I just hope this crossover doesn't continue a downward trend, in terms of its quality.
It had some good moments, but lacked inspiration and momentum.
