It all comes down to this! Kate, Susan and Lucky have to shut down Resort Chapiteau once and for all, and to do that, they have to follow the Circus of Crime into the very last place Kate ever wants to go: home. Don't miss this fantastic Hawkeye finale - you will have such a good time!

Overall. A really solid final issue that does a solid job of setting things up for some future adventures, which I hope to read real soon. It's just a pity that I am no longer able to subscribe to my digital comics due to Amazon's idiotic revamp of Comixology. As their dumb move has definitely impacted our review schedule. Hawkeye: Kate Bishop is not a defining story, but it's hardly a forgettable one, particularly with the reintroduction of Susan Bishop and a bunch of beautiful artwork. Read Full Review

Be sure to read the whole adventure and pick up issue five. Its a soft conclusion to a gentle comic about two sisters learning to love each other and understand each other. Read Full Review

You Don't Read Comics - Russ Bickerstaff Mar 16, 2022

A tumble with Kate Bishop and friends really SHOULDNT be sedate, though. A tumble with Kate Bishop and a fragment of the Cosmic Cube? THAT should be a crazy, unhinged leap through bizarreness that this series never really manages to accomplish, which is really too bad. Theres a real missed opportunity for something much more intense in this series, but the wit of Nijkamp is fun and breezy amidst some pleasant color and occasionally impressive artwork. This creative team could find a more integrated dynamic with a subsequent series given the right momentum. There are the embers of something that could be much more appealing if the story matched the art teams strengths a little bit more.  Read Full Review

It feels like the main purpose of this series is to get Kate to a status quo like her TV counterpart, but there's some charismatic stuff going on in here. Also: Pizza Dog gets pizza. Read Full Review

The series coasts to a rather unsatisfying finale, brought home by decent storytelling work: a safe script, some ambitious but flawed art. The characterization is pretty solid, but not nearly good enough to elevate the overall reading experience.

What this series felt like was a promising first draft. Look at the way Fifi turns into a solid antagonist here at the 11th hour; that feels like a happy discovery an author makes while feeling out her story for the first time.

But even in the final issue, there's an annoying first-draft lack of clarity. The key fact that Pascale's mind-controlled the mansion staff is never directly stated. Even the basic job of establishing that Cassie's code-name is Stinger is left undone, r more

This was a messy finale. It's a shame because I can tell the creators are having a fun time and really like these characters, it's just too much. The pacing in this miniseries really came back to bite them with this finale.

I can't say I liked much about this one. The series started off decent but, just declined. It just had some parts that feel off, it's boring and the arts just not my style.
