While engaged in an ongoing war against authoritarianism, Kamala Khan decides to go ahead and tackle capitalism while she's at it. Just another reason that Ms. Marvel and Saladin Ahmed are a match made in heaven, and perhaps the most important storytelling duo in all of Marvel. Read Full Review
The next issue of The Magnificent Ms. Marvel will be bittersweet; I look forward to seeing how the creative team wraps up this part of Kamalas story, but Ill miss this story a lot. Read Full Review
The Magnificent Ms. Marvel #17is not exactly what I expected, but it's an overall very good issue. As the penultimate issue of the Magnificent series, it may not be what people are anticipating, but it moves the story forward nonetheless. With action, great artworks, and engaging and sometimes emotional discussions, it's a very engaging issue. It gets to the heart of what makes Ms. Marvel, Ms. Marvel. And even though the story takes some unexpected turns, it stays true to that heart. Read Full Review
Kamala finally gets C.R.A.D.L.E. off her back by impressing Dum Dum Duggan (and readers) with her deep commitment to fair play and empathy. Also by clobbering a body horror monster in an exciting fight scene; this is still a Marvel comic, of course! This feels like a fully satisfying (if not comprehensive) finale to the Kamala's Law arc -- and just a great read all around. Read Full Review
The Magnificent Ms. Marvel #17 is a whirlwind issue, full of events, plots, characters, and details. All of which add up to create something bold, intense, and fun. Throw in the artwork, and you've got a memorable read. Read Full Review
It was really good.
Ms. Marvel gets Dugan off her back by teaming up with him against one of her established villains. The fight does show off Kamala at her best; Dum Dum's not the only one who should be impressed. The storytelling is strong, particularly the art. There are a lot of dangling plot threads left behind. But Dugan's arc wraps up so nicely that the issue is a very satisfying read.
" This City needs you, Ms.Marvel."

This felt kind of rushed and uneventful.
Hooray we fixed over-policing!
