The last epic hurdle between Storm and Magneto and the land of the living is at hand in Resurrection of Magneto #3. The Shadow King and his legion of shadows have been defeated, but the definitive story that either character has had in years still has more in store next issue. Her name means Beauty. He is Power. Men call them Storm and Magneto. Read Full Review
Dynamic, intriguing, and wonderfully drawn and written, this is a comic you cannot skip. Magneto nation is winning with not only great characterization but great story and art. Magneto is coming back to life, perhaps with a new outlook on it. But only time will tell what this Magneto will be like compared to previous incarnations. Read Full Review
Depictions of the Shadow King from behind his many disguises help to provide some interest for bored readers like myself, but it's tough to ignore that this miniseries now reads like a continuity-oriented one-shot stretched too thin to earn a few more dollars. Read Full Review
This might just be as close to a perfect comic as possible. Al Ewing has been weaving his magic with Storm & Maneto for the better part of two years now across X:MEN RED. Across that time he’s manages to unearth new layers of complexity & depth for this duo both as individuals and as peers. This felt like beautiful culmination of all those past stories. It’s a masterclass in character development wrapped in a thrilling narrative tapestry.
One can only hope Ewing gets to write Storm again (I would die for Ewing to pen an Immortal Storm) because, frankly, there’s no writer who has captured her essence quite like him. And his work with Magneto this series? Absolutely chilling. Magneto is working through decades of emotional & more
Pitch perfect
Al Ewing and Vecchio nail another one and make me care for this adventure. Props to people who still care about their craft.
We only have one issue left for this miniseries and it continues to be awesome. I will say that I didn't quite enjoy this as much as the first two issues, but it was still great. Vecchio's art is still pretty good, but it's truly Ewing's writing where this shines the most. I think he balances Magneto and Storm well throughout this, and he also manages to write the both of them very well. All I can say is that I hope Issue 4 sticks the landing. Knowing Ewing, though, it definitely will.
Don't understand the Shadow King connection/avatars.... But I'm still liking it.

Lots of words. For me it could be two pages and accomplish everything that it did.
