The Quest to Kill Kulan Gath Part 1
Folks, we won't mince words. Kulan Gath has got to go. If Conan The Barbarian, Doctor Strange and Doctor Doom can't do it, then it can't be done. Plus, what is the fate of Kulan Gath's guest, Doctor Voodoo?

Superhero comics done the way they used to be done. No political influence, no contemplative regrets on the past or reflections about what could have been and could be, just good old fashioned action and adventure. Marvel may be playing along with the political atmosphere that has infiltrated todays comic books, but they also haven't forgot what made them great in the first place. This is an excellent read and an original tale with all the excitement that most comic books used to be about. Thank you Marvel for remembering those of us that made you great in the first place. ****1/2 9.6 rating Read Full Review
Another issue of Savage Avengers, another brutal fun-filled adventure packed with violence and dry humor from some of Marvel's most ruthless characters. Don't miss out on Savage Avengers #9. Read Full Review
Savage Avengers is way more fun than I expected it to be, but it's all about the clashing of personalities and less about the clashing of swords. Read Full Review
Savage Avengers 9 is very light on dialogue, whick perfectly highlights Patrick Zircher’s art. This issue is beautifully violent and has great action. I was disappointed on how fast this issue retconned last issue’s cliffhanger (and how predictably), but Stephen becoming Iron Mage makes up for it all
I like the direction Duggan was going with this issue as it sets itself up for the next issue. While I didn't really go for the clashing of the personalities the action made up for it as well as Doctor Strange becoming the Iron Mage at the end. Overall, I enjoyed the issue and look forward to the next one.
The constant bickering between the characters is more of a drama than an action-based comic However, the ending with Strange as Iron Mage was awesome. However I hoped for action and we got it but I wasn’t blown away by it.
I liked this artist a lot. It was a fun issue that introduced some good ideas but sometimes this feels like a Conan book. We havent seen Elektra , Punisher, Wolverine or Venom in how many issues.
This is fun but not much else.
I don’t know, I’m just suddenly not feeling it as much? Not sure why.
