• The entire SPIDER-VERSE is in trouble including a world where Aunt May got the Spider-Powers (like you saw in SPIDER-GEDDON).
• But don't think that this is just a cute and charming story as it introduces some of the scariest villains in Marvel History!!!
• All this, AND several lucky Spider-Fans bring their Spider-Sonas to the Marvel Multi-Verse!!!X

Spider-Verse #2 breaks down an interesting universe where a slew of Spider-Men (and -Women) come together to fight. Read Full Review
Spider-Verse #2 was an interesting follow-up to what was an impressive introduction to this miniseries. They're clearly laying the groundwork for something else here, all while moving forward the plot of corruption. Pulling the concept of multiverses to the forefront was a good call, as it allowed for some open discussion amongst the main characters. That isn't something you get to see every day and made the issue one worth checking out. Read Full Review
If you can get past the fact that Ryan North basically ignores everything Jed MacKay did in issue one, you'll be pleasantly surprised with what basically is Miles lending a hand in an Aunt May one shot. How this issue matters in the Spider-Zero/Annie May story I have absolutely no idea. Hopefully it'll be explained by the end of the mini-series. I'd give this a much higher score if it was just a one shot. Read Full Review
This issue was a missed opportunity, which is very unfortunate, Hopefully, things will turn around next issue. Read Full Review
This was cute and sweet and had some very nice moments.
This was pretty good. I don't know what to expect from the rest of this series, but if it's just glorified one-shots, I'm game.
This issue completely ignored the previous issue to provide actual character development and a comprehensive chain of events. That's great and all but due to the tremendous shift in tone, art, and plot from the previous issue, I don't think anyone at Marvel knows what their supposed to be doing with this series.
If it was just a standard superhero "our powers plus our heart will win the day" story, it'd be too light. Good thing it gets booster shots of nerdy multiverse theory and thoughtful moral philosophy to anchor it. Even for a "survey" series, though, Miles's role in this story is a bit peripheral.
" Then i recall i'm not alone. We're spider-Ma'ma and we're about to do what we trained for. We're going to win, and we're going to do it together. "
