Moon Knight might have made his epic return in Blood Hunt, but Vengeance of the Moon Knight is the true welcome home celebration. Vengeance Of The Moon Knight #8 doesn't have "Blood Hunt on the cover, but this issue mostly serves as a Blood Hunt epilogue to show readers what happens to the Midnight Mission during the climax of the Blood Hunt conflict. MacKay's script packs in all the emotion of a tearful reunion, and Devmalya Pramanik's guest art keeps the quality and visual consistency high. That said, there's not much meat to this issue beyond the Blood Hunt antics, so continuing readers get little more than a tease of what's to come. Read Full Review
A little cheesy and redundant, but had some good moments that made it worth it.
I still wish they hadn't brought Marc as quickly as they did and this mopping up of the Blood Hunt vampires is getting tiresome. Let's just move on already. There's a new plot -- kill Moon Knight. Let's see what that means. I'd like to see more of the Tigra relationship. What happened to her son?

Kind of a sleepy little issue that mostly serves to move the pieces across the board and summarize Blood Hunt. MacKay gives it tenderness enough to paper over the fact that this slight issue is mostly infodump, but this phase of the Moon Knight isn't doing it for me and I look forward to moving on. Pramanik's art is wonderfully expressive for the most part, but there's a few odd faces in there.
