The linework balances the softness of the heros embrace with Khonshus harsh planning, weaving the two emotional moments into a tapestry of reality. Rosenbergs coloring elevates those emotions and visuals to a fever pitch, selling the raw nerves with every stroke of hue. Vengeance of the Moon Knight #7 is a beating heart, raw nerve, and gut punch all at once, delivering a spectrum of emotions that cuts through the noise of a massive event. It makes the point of care that can be put into building out a romance and scratches the itch of a universal theme like star-crossed lovers and the lengths those will go for their love. Vengeance Of The Moon Knight #7 surprisingly turns out to be one of the better tie-ins to the Blood Hunt event. Not because it improves an event nobody is talking about, but because it upsets (and restores) the status quo in Moon Knight's mythology. Jed MacKay executes a plan that actually works, resulting in a big moment that will pull on your heartstrings, and the artwork is outstanding. Read Full Review
For those who have followed this story from the beginning, it is more than worth it, but for those who are looking for more in the way of forward progression, they might not find that here. Read Full Review
Briskly paced heist issue with interesting setup and execution. I loved it, the leadup, breaking Khonshu out of jail, Tigra's interaction with him, Khonshu's attitude and interactions with Hunter's Moon and [spoiler] Moon Knight! It was all so great. None better than Tigra and Moon Knight's reunion. Can't wait to see Moon Knight get biblical on the vampires in the next issue and finale of Blood Hunt.
Awesome issue where Cappuccio's art just made everything look fantastic. Super glad to have Marc back and I especially enjoyed his moments with Greer. This issue made me more excited to get to the finale of the main Blood Hunt miniseries. I'm also super excited to see what comes of the rest of this series and the new Fist of Khonshu series starting up later this month.
This issue was good on its own, but overall it's hard not to feel like Marc's death and return was a narrative cul-de-sac that mostly served to give Blood Hunt some drama. I'm very interested in where the freed Khonshu plot is going to go, but there were probably more interesting ways to get there than the 11 millionth superhero death-and-quick-resurrection cycle. Definitely feeling ready to move on from this arc.
This is back to form, though not much happens in this issue, Marc Spector has been resurrected...again. I think it was too fast, however. He's only been dead for a few months. From the beginning, this was probably McKay's plan -- to make Marc the hero of Blood Hunt. The scene between Marc and Tigra was nice and the art continues to be unique and match the style of the book perfectly.

It was a fun, decent read. I like Khonshu being back in the fold. I like the cast of characters. Just didn't do much to give it that wow factor, but that's ok.
