West Coast Avengers #9 promises an explosive centerpiece in Duggans runa literal Avenger civil war that tests loyalties, ideologies, and moral boundaries. There's quite some emotional payoff for the whole series in this penultimate chapter of West Coast Avengers. The execution could be better, but I did enjoy the dynamics of the team, the Ultron dialogue and Killerwatt's relatable dilemma. This team, for whatever reason, feels more honest and more like a family than most of Marvel's current rosters and I will miss it (a little).
