I think this was a great bit of continuation with the promise of even more excitement in X-Force #4. So far, it's been a fun ride, and I'm eagerly waiting to see more. Read Full Review

X-Force #3 kicks off the next adventure for the team and does so in a fun and engaging way. The periphery of this conflict though isn't so fun and is a bit hard to get through. Read Full Review

Another great issue in this X-reboot. I'm loving the team Forge put together, the characters themselves as well as the dynamics. The art was solid and the writing was very good. The core premise of the book follows the idea of X-Force well, and is still unique enough to stand apart from previous incarnations of X-Force. If I had to complain about something it would be that Rachel and Betsy as a couple feels forced and their interactions seem unnatural. But it's a minor gripe, doesn't really take away from the book. The overall plot has me hooked and the individual missions and side stories are great as well. Loving it.

Plot Forge, Sage, Captain Britain, Askani and Tank arrive in Cambodia to confront Nuklo, who is out of control, what is unknown is that the Fracture that Analog warned Forge about is much further ahead, however it seems that Nuklo is connected to that animal in some way. Nuklo is a large mutant that has a lot of energy, and is destroying everything in his path. X-Force is defeated, while Nuklo screams angrily. Art It is detailed and uses a lot of shadows to give it dynamism and a touch of mystery, the anatomy is slender in all its characters and the color palette is bright. Summary Nuklo is a rival that Forge and X-Force were not ready to face

This continues to be my least favorite ongoings of the From the Ashes relaunch, unfortunately. I still liked this a good amount, hence my rating, although I also feel like this could have come together nicer. I don't know. I did like Betsy and Rachel questioning Forge and such.

I have no idea what's going on here. Fan-favorites from Krakoa are now unlikeable shells of themselves. This is a messy story & one of my least favorite titles of the new From the Ashes era.
