The artists of X-Force #4 did a great job showing exactly how hectic the story was. You could really feel the exasperation in every panel. I think the emotions were showcased the most when the team was making their way to the swamp following Nuklo. Read Full Review
To delivers beautiful art throughout the issue. The action is beautifully detailed and I love the character designs a lot. Read Full Review
This was the first issue so far that I didn't love with no notes. The writing seemed to take a dip in this issue, and the transition from "everyone is knocked out" to "we need to get to Florida quick, oh I know let's just teleport" was kinda awkward to me. I will say that I loved Man Thing and overall the book was still good, it was just a bit less good to me than the previous issues.
This book is just OK for me. The biggest struggle I have is that I don't like the team lineup at all so I'm not at all motivated to continue buying. It's kind of an issue I have with McKay's X-Men as well. I need flagship characters (which Betsy no longer is since she lost the Psylocke identity).
Just not down w/ the team lineup. Not a single character is a selling point for me, I may drop.
