I'm enjoying this arc so much, it's like watching a really great film. Pick up this issue! And if you haven't, pick up Part 1 in Old Man Logan #25! Read Full Review
The high stakes of Logan's clandestine mission are certainly appreciated. But this arc's real success is in the relatively nuanced portrayal of the Hulks themselves. Read Full Review
Another good chapter due to great art and interesting ties to Millar's Old Man Logan. Read Full Review
Old Man Logan #26 is another solid entry for the new creative team, as despite this new arc not blowing me away, it is intriguing. The development for Maestro's Hulks in particular captivates, with the cerebral villain sure to be an interesting foe for Logan. Read Full Review
Old Man Logan #26 is a solid second chapter to the "Days of Anger" arc. Ed Brisson did a great job further developing Maestro and his army of Hulks as a threat Logan can't go up against alone. The menacing nature of Maestro is all brought to life by Mike Deodato Jr. excellent artwork that is at home with a series like Old Man Logan. Read Full Review
A quieter issue (well, it's still pretty damn violent), this explores the Maestro and his Hulks in closer detail. It's good at character building. However,Mike Deodato's art is the real draw here, as this issue looks fantastic.
Maestro shows some brains and Logan keeps trying to go it alone. This month that approach wins him a whole lotta bullets. Ed Brisson's happy to keep his script simple, brutal, and fast. Mike Deodato's art works very well, and the excessively-stumpy cast - Hulks, Logan, and Puck - is perfectly suited to his figure-drawing strengths. The odds against this run becoming truly memorable are high, but so are the odds in favor of it entertaining readers who are in the market for a straightforward popcorn comic.
