• The person who shattered Toth is revealed, and it brings the second story arc of STRANGE ACADEMY to a rip-roaring climax!!!
• Pieces of the Marvel Universe and Doctor Strange's past come back to haunt not Stephen Strange, but the students of The Strange Academy.
• But that doesn't wash the hands of the person at Strange Academy who may just bring the whole. School. Down.

Ramos delivers some masterful imagery throughout this issue. There are so many great visual moments and the style of the art is the perfect complement to the story and its characters. Read Full Review
Really strong, really fine issue as our heroes take on a monster and win the day, with a nice happy ending. I still think the huge pile of main characters takes away from some of the emotional investment as a whole, but perhaps that's just me. Read Full Review

I always enjoy Strange Academy. I hope it continues even with the titanic changes in the Doctor Strange saga. Will the 1970 Doc continue with the school? I hope so.
Meanwhile Issue #12 was fun and filled with relatable teenage angst. Calvin was extracated extracated and Dessy showed her true powers! The artwork is always amazing and this mag always has me eager for more. With the first 6 issues in a Graphic Novel, will they now have the second six issues in another graphic novel? Always love Howard the Duck and I hope he d sitcks around the school somehow.
Splendid job writers, artists, letterers and evenryone involved.
Finally feels like we're starting to get a good grasp on the characters and their chemistry. This series has so much potential with the concept as well as being written & drawn by two of Marvels top creators but so far hasn't reached what it could be but it's starting to feel like it's getting there. Really hoping they found that magic and run with it.
The Academy kids band together to save Calvin from Misery, the Shoggoth-esque villain from Jason Aaron's run. It's (almost) an all-fight comic, but enhanced with some nice sparks of character work. The winning strategy is a little trite. I think I'd actually like it more if they straight-up quoted Futurama's classic "like putting too much air in a balloon!" line, because that's exactly what they do. And the ending's a little saccharine for my taste -- but less-crusty fans will probably like it just fine.
This was a pretty good conclusion to the arc, but nothing special.
