This book, though, was an ideal end to these first 15 issues. We enjoyed a fascinating superheroic story and a very special conclusion of sorts to how Batman and Superman deal with each other. This one is a keeper for me! Read Full Review

Batman/Superman #15 – With Tom Taylor's work using Solomon Grundy and Ivy as strong protagonists in his DCeased series, I felt it was just a short amount of time before we get to see them in the main story lines. Batman / Superman #15, available from DC Comics on December 22nd, 2020, run offense and defense on a mission of mercy for DC's favorite swamp zombie. The simple story is fine for what it is as long as you don't think about it too much, especially when the silliness gets turned up to 11 in a few spots. The art is bold and memorable, the colors bring a lot of contour and gravity to the characters with some really nice shading, and the lettering keeps the story moving through a LOT of exposition. This is definitely not the worst issue in this run. It's a quick one-and-done story and it doesn't try to be more than it is. I guess if you don't stop to question everything that happens here, and just take certain things for granted, it can be an entertaining read. However, all things considered, I don't think this is quite up to par. It's just too fast and too sloppy throughout, and as such I can't really recommend purchasing this one. Read Full Review
