"ROGUES RELOADED" part two! Captain Cold, Mirror Master, Golden Glider, Weather Wizard and Heat Wave are back! In part two of this epic heist story, The Flash travels overseas to stop the Rogues from committing the greatest caper of all time! But not everything is as it seems in this international game of cat-and-mouse as the Rogues spring a trap on the unsuspecting hero.

In conclusion this is probably the best issue yet of the Flash, and really confirms that Williamson’s run will be remembered. I do wonder how he will deal with the rogues next issue and whether we will see an appearance from Kid Flash. Read Full Review
Fun and fast paced, and leaves you ready for the next issue. Read Full Review
So far, this arc is delivering exactly what fans of The Rogues could want. The Flash might have the speed, but The Rogues have the teamwork and looser morals to make this a fun and entertaining fight. Read Full Review
Even as many looked at this issue as a filler until we get to that juicy DC, Batman, Flash and Watchmen stuff,Joshua Williamson and Carmine Di Giandomenico show why they're one hell of a compatible duo. Read Full Review
The Rogues arrival in this book continues to work it's magic. While not a lot goes on to push the story forward, the Rogues are back. THE ROGUES! I had a great time reading this issue and it looks like the fun is just beginning. Read Full Review
This latest story arc is providing a good, old-fashioned Flash Rogues storyline - no more, no less. Read Full Review
The return of the Rogues does a lot to make the book feel like the classic comics. Joshua Williamson has done a great job of bringing the Flash back to his classic roots, and pitting him against the Rogues takes this even further. Read Full Review
I thought this was a great issue. It felt very old school but still fresh. I like the way the Rogues are actually thinking things out rather than just planning heists, they're also planning how to trick the Flash into not catching them. In the past they seemed to just hope that the Flash wouldn't show up the time of their crimes. Which is of course classic Rogues. The art was fantastic. Carmine Di Giandomenico has been doing a great job. Still one of my favorite Rebirth series. Read Full Review
The Rogues return in a fast-paced, throwback issue of The Flash that will make you side with the villains. Read Full Review
THE FLASH #15features some great characterization of the Flash and the Rogues along with fantastic action sequences. The Rogues are definitelyon the road to being viewed as actual threats again. Hopefully, the story will continue to impress. I'd definitely recommend for anyonewho is a Flash or Rogues fan topick up this issue! Read Full Review
The Rogues are back and it couldn't be more enjoyable! This is the best Flash issue in a very long time, both in writing and art. It's an example of what Flash comics should be like: funny, creative and fast-paced. The dialogues are smart and the captions are finally correctly dosed. Each Rogue has its spotlight moment, espacially Mirror Master. He's always been my favorite one and I had never seen him so powerful and badass (hey, if anyone over at DC is reading this, I just want to let you know that a Mirror Master solo series is a dream of mine, thanks). Concerning the art, it's tremendously original and dynamic. The representation of speed is brilliant, with, for example, distorded panels, characters overlapping their borders, clever permore
I am continuing to enjoy the Rogues storyline and feel that this is one of the better versions of it.
SCORE: 8.1
I had dropped this title at beginning of this run and lost track of everything Flash. Gave it another try with the cover tease. Unfair cover tease. But as Derek McNeil critiqued: "The return of the Rogues does a lot to make the book feel like the classic comics." So, even though it was just an... average story told it was fun enough to put Flash back on my radar.
