Green Arrow #13 is a pivotal issue that promises to reshape the character's future. Williamson's writing is strong, and Nahuelpan's art effectively conveys the emotional weight of the story. However, the lack of action and the open-ended nature of the cliffhanger might leave some readers wanting more. Overall, Green Arrow #13 is a bold and thought-provoking issue that will spark some minor debate among fans. While the focus on character development might not be for everyone, the dramatic stakes and the shocking betrayal set the stage for a compelling new arc in Green Arrow's ongoing saga. Solid issue after the last few have struggled. Amancay Nahuelpan's art is fantastic and far exceeds the cover art.
another solid issue from Joshua Williamson. I am gonna miss him on this book
It is ok. It has motion at least. I think there is sure a chance for an upswing. The opening few pages were great.
My biggest gripe is the fact it is tied into Absolute Power. Why has DC been building Waller up as the biggest threat for years? She is a government agent. She has some cool stuff to her but she is not a wold controlling super-villain. The entire premise that this book is affected by is silly. That to me is at least -1.5 points for the fact the plot is rather BS.
So some high points brought down by a terrible villain. Marvel and DC are having the same issue right now.
Not really sure how I feel about Ollie suddenly working for Amanda (assuming it’s true). Nahuelpan’s art was also a bit shaky for me overall, but I didn’t think anything here was bad.
