I really enjoy Bob Quinn's art in this issue. I love the way the characters are drawn and the action looks great. Quinn does some great work with facial expressions in this issue and US Agent's rage and anger come through in his fight with Steve Rogers. Read Full Review
A bit of a slow burner, this issue sets up some major points for future issues and when (or if) they pay off, they're bound to pay off in an epic fashion. Read Full Review
Im beginning to wonder how well Coates actually knows Cap. This issue is full of odd ideas and overreactions, and we still dont know much about the power elite, but its becoming a mystery Im rapidly losing interest in. The art was better this issue than previous, but still not enough to raise the score. Read Full Review
I'm back into this. More issues like this, please. Ones that evidently have a point/reason to exist.
This issue strikes an excellent balance between Steve hunting Scourge and Kingpin learning how badly the Power Elite has screwed him. Forward plot motion is great, the character voices are acceptable, and this flat (in a good, Ottley-esque way) art style suits the pace & content perfectly. It's a pity the artist carousel will spin around to some less-palatable style soon enough!
" The people made you King. But what is a King without an army ? Your Police département was decimated. And who know how many hydra loyalists lurked among the Survivor ? But the power élite brought you recruit--sons of the révolution. And with that gift you tamed your beloved New York. "

This was a quick, and generally good read.
Was definitely one of the better issues in a while. I liked the kingpin being involved and this book actually had a plot
US Agent scene went from cheesy to the best part of this issue. Still not great...Im a huge Cap fan so the way Coates doesnt give a shit is pissing me off.
Another miss by the writer. The entire run sounds how someone thinks older white guys think, but whiffs badly because this is not just random old white dude, it's Captain America.
Art is childish too.
You’ve got some of the most exciting female heroes teaming with Cap and we still get a boring issue.
Coates can’t weite frfton
