REUNITED AND IT FEELS SO BAD!
Some reunions - like those with an evil ex who rules a dimension of demons - are not so great. Sometimes even having your AMAZING FRIENDS at your side isn't enough to save things.

Dark Web: X-Men #2 is a great inclusion to the crossover. It features fantastic writing and phenomenal art. The book changes the face of the whole story by going from a spiritual Inferno sequel to a unique book that is the culmination of years of pain and heartbreak. Noto and Reis are an artistic match made in Limbo, fitting together seamlessly. The tie-ins of this crossover are being allowed to zone in on smaller parts of a larger, cross-dimensional tale that constantly adds more. Read Full Review
Dark Web: X-Men #2 is an excellent example of the symbiosis that two artists can achieve working on an issue together, building off a strong script to deliver a cohesive and visually compelling story. Duggan captures the heart of the X-Men, drama and all, with this issue, weaving a complicated backstory and character development into a thematic core that becomes reflected in the artistic sensibilities. Noto and Reis are a perfect combination for this issue, utilizing both the formers signature organized, painterly style with the more chaotic, expressive storybook approach the latter developed. Like the X-Men tie-in for Devils Reign, this series continues to be an excellent place for X-fans to see the team grappling with their place in the Marvel universe, while also sorting out elements of the X-line. This ahd no right to be as fun as it was-
Damn. I've been pretty down on Duggan's X-Men here, but Dark Web really brings out his rarely-fulfilled potential. This story is full of heart and meaning (and several of Duggan's best jokes) and rendered by an incredible duo — Reis turns in an extraordinary large panel of Sinister looming over a house that Jean & Illyana are walking in, and the hilarious joke about how Maddie keeps Scott's powers in check wouldn't work as well with anyone less than Noto. I'm surprised to say it, but DW:X is actually the best comic of the crossover so far
This event doesn't deserve how good the writing and art are here.
Hey at least Duggan can make this dumb Dark Web nonsense work with even dumber heartfelt storytelling mixed with great humor. I enjoyed this one. Noto is very good as usual but Rod Reis's art spreads are absolutely gorgeous.
This miniseries continues to be well-written and well-drawn with the addition of Noto providing art along with Reis. I don't know that this was AS fun as the previous issue, but I still enjoyed it. I especially liked Madelyne's way of preventing Scott from opening his eyes.
It's not as funny as the previous issue, but way more meaningful. Madelyne and Alex's characters are probed with depth and sincerity, and the plot marches forward by a satisfying distance. Things are gorgeous all around on the art front, although personally, I think Mr. Reis is working just a little harder than Mr. Noto.
Redheads fighting.
