Saladin Ahmed continues to hit home runs with his take on Miles Morales: Spider-Man and the latest issue is nothing short of genius understanding of the character. Read Full Review
I still feel like the main story is dragging on too long. I want Ahmed to focus solely on the Ultimatum stuff so that we can get some answers. However, when the writing is good and each issue is as enjoyable as the last, there isn't really much to complain about. Plus, I'm beginning to feel like the slow drip-feed of information about Ultimatum will lead to a big payoff in the end. Read Full Review
Final ThoughtsOverall, I enjoyed this issue. The first half was cute with Miles babysitting his baby sister, while the second showed how bad to the bone Ultimatum really is. Unfortunately, this book is heading off to the Outlawed story because I want more of what we got this month! Hopefully, Ahmed will find a way to connect this story to the Outlawed stuff, but for now, I highly recommend this issue! Read Full Review

Contrasting light and impending dark by splittingMiles Morales: Spider-Man #16 into two distinct tales, writer Saladin Ahmed crafts what at first seems almost like a throwaway issue until a bomb is dropped late in the issue. Don't miss this one! Read Full Review
Huge Fan!!
Prelude:
Miles Morales has been a tad inconsistent as of late. Let's see if it can keep it's former quality.
The Good:
Really love the human aspect with Miles' story.
We're talking Ultimate Universe again and it looks great.
Loved Smith's art.
Really like Ultimatum now.
The Bad:
Nothing.
Conclusion:
An excellent issue that really drives home about Miles and Aaron.
Very enjoyable issue, as this whole run has been. Miles' story is fun and light-hearted, showing how well Ahmed handles him. And the Ultimatum storyline moves forward in a very interesting way, and I can't wait for more.
Miles babysits his sister and manages to run into Spider-trouble as he does so. The Prowler conducts another Ultimatum heist and falls afoul of his boss (Ultimatum's put together the pieces and concluded Miles and Aaron both come from the 1610.). Some snappy dialogue and a remarkably good match for Javier Garrón's art from Cory Smith elevate this simple yarn into a highly entertaining read.
I'm very interested in what happens next regarding Ultimatum.
recently hopped back into this series and it's still great. miles having a sister really distinguishes him and provides a different dynamic than the usual Spider-man hijinks that Peter seems to get entangled within. It's just good fun and feel good reading, what else can I ask of a spider-man comic
Finally ultimatum is about to make a big play. Curious as to how it will continue with outlawed coming but I think Ahmed can pull it off. Theres a lot of interesting stuff that can play out here.
The first story was cute. I feel like I’m missing some stuff about the bad dude, though I’m sure that’ll be filled in eventually.
Miles being a good older brother. I'm interested how is the whole ultimatum thing going to develop.
" Time to let you in on a little family secret, billie. See, i'm not just your big brother. I'm... Spider-Man ! Don't tell anyone, okay ? "
