Ahmed and Garrn do great work building the tension and creating an atmosphere in this issue, and the excellent work theyve done on the first seven issues of this series buys them some goodwill here. Hopefully, in the next issue, they provide some answers and some forward movement in the plot. Read Full Review

This issue felt a bit of a downer. A bit of what is happening in this story arc without actually telling us the main plot points. While I enjoyed the artwork, would have preferred some dialogue or narration to give me more on the story. Read Full Review
Wasn't ready for that kind of issue. Incredible tension, astonishing art and the issue leave you wanting more
No joke, this issue will keep you on edge as a chill skitters its way up and down you're spine. I NEED to see where this goes, next issue can't get here soon enough!
What Garron accomplished in this issue was remarkable
An unexpectedly strong issue.
Great issue!
Damn, I want more! That was great!
Finally the pace of the issue is picking up with good action. Actual tense moments and real cost.
Suchba crazy read. Definitely cant wait to see how it ends. Ahmed is a great successor to Bendis in regards to Miles.
Honestly like this book much more than ASM, along with friendly neighborhood it's the best spider book out rn
Miles is imprisoned and subjected to power-testing that he's not expected to survive. It's a dark gimmick, and the creators commit to it utterly, evoking some intense despair. It's fascinating both as a standalone scene and as part of a wider story -- it certainly makes me eager to learn more about the mysterious Assessor who's torturing Miles.
Cool, spooky.
